The first full expansion of Mafia II was initially available for download only on the PlayStation 3 console, but has since been released on the Xbox 360 Platinum Hits Edition, PS3 Greatest Hits Edition, the Mafia II Directors Cut for PC, Mafia II: Definitive Edition, and Mafia: Trilogy. Include 8 items: Mafia II, Mafia II Special DLC: The Betrayal of Jimmy, Mafia II DLC: Jimmy's Vendetta, Mafia II DLC: Greaser Pack, Mafia II DLC: Renegade Pack, Mafia II DLC: Vegas Pack, Mafia II DLC: War Hero Pack, Mafia II DLC: Joe's Adventure Mafia II Vito Scaletta has started to make a name for himself on the streets of Empire Bay as someone who can be trusted to get a job done.
Last year's open world crime epic Mafia II is getting the Director's Cut treatment, if a new retail listing is to be believed.
According to an Amazon page, the special edition will include the core game, three additional story packs and four car and clothes packs.
That's all the information that's currently out there, but it's a fairly safe assumption that those story packs are existing DLC expansions Joe's Adventures, Jimmy's Vendetta and The Betrayal of Jimmy. We've dropped publisher 2K a line for clarification.
The game originally launched last year on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Eurogamer's John Teti wasn't a fan, but perhaps some extra content might make things a little more attractive.
